Why have you become a trainer:It is my passion! I have spent my career focusing on education that is practical and gets results for myself and my clients. I continue to pursue the information that is best in the fitness industry, so I am able to provide outstanding service! I love to help people get better and achieve their goals. It is such a joy to see a person transform not only their bodies but their entire lives to bring more fulfillment to themselves and others
Have you done any volunteer work:I volunteer for the Maine Handicap Association Instructors. We spend the day together, I teach them Yoga in the morning then I ski with the instructors and students in the afternoon. The interaction is phenomenal, to be able to help the instructors focus their mind, body and energy allows them to better serve their students. Everybody is learning, playing and having Fun! It's a beautiful experience.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:I studied martial arts for many years and also instructed. From there, I was intrigued by the connection of my mind, body and energies that I sought out more information. Over several years I studied yoga and became a yoga instructor. I have also done many years of work with Anthony Robbins, bettering myself, enabling me to better serve my clients. I am just completing a course called Leadership Mastery, polishing those skills to help others.
