Describe your own workout program:I train from a whole-person approach. Simply put, I believe in helping individuals become both physically and mentally Fit. Achieving these goals requires hard work, dedication, and will power. My programs cater to the individual's needs and wants. From muscle mass building, loosing weight, increasing power and speed, to sport specific, I can provide an energetic and unique program. I provide personal training, AM/PM BOOT CAMP's, and also provide in home or private small group training.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:Staying knowledgeable of the research and studies provides me with the ability to improve my ways of training. However, I always encourage people to question what they have been told. Diets fads mostly commonly hold little scientific backing. People should also be aware that the FDA does not control supplementation. With think because it a vitamin or protein shake, it “has” to be good for us…not true. It is up to the fitness professionals to do provide our clients with the facts!
Why should a client train with you:I value my clients and want to provide them with safe, effective, and premium quality training. If you workout at a large gym, I encourage you to look at the trainers on the floor. You will see lots of burnout overloaded trainers. I limit my client list so that I may devote more attention to those I work with. I encourage open communication and am available 24/7. I provide training in and out of the gym in order to keep my client's challenged and motivated.
