What is your training style:Training style should vary depending on a number of variables. There are obvious differences when training youth and adults, as well as training an elite athlete compared to a child learning motor skill development. I find it important that your style change dependent on the group or individual you are working with. Some trainers are considered "screamers", while others are considered to be laid back. Each of those has a place to an extent in different instances.
Describe your own workout program:Just as the above question states, I find it important to keep the program varied depending on a number of things. Age, training age, development level, and stage of sport season are all variables that should mold the program that is run. However, some traits of each program include a strong level of teaching and instruction for younger athletes, especially those who have developed many of their motor skills. Older athletes are often placed in a team environment.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:Trainers that just "train" are a thing of the past. There is much more that goes into making an athlete successful or an adult reach their training goals. I make sure that I build a strong relationship with each and every client that walks through the door. This relationship builds trust in my program and produces much greater results. The success of my business and myself are directly related to the success of the people I train. Therefore, I treat them like family.
