Why have you become a trainer:I have become a trainer to help others achieve their goals and help them live a healthier lifestyle. I would like to teach individuals how their body is precious and very important to their lives. without that they will breakdown. Your body is what keeps you going, without it you can't do the things you need to do in everyday life. My saying is if you don't use it you will lose it. What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:other skills and techniques that i have learned through my past years are not just from training, they come from my past as an athlete and from Being a student at Brooklyn College for taking courses to become a Physical Education Teacher. I took Fencing, ballroom, yoga, baseball, basketball, volleyball, etc.. I'm also a fitness model and competitor that has been competing for 9 years. I'm also a single mom and this takes more than just training.
In general, please describe your experience:in general, training is more than just a job. It's bringing individuals back to reality and keeping them in touch with their lives. Through all my years of training I love making people feel happy about the way they look and feel. I used to be the individual with low self esteem and never thought i can achieve many things in life. But now, because of a trainer in my past I am who I am today, a great trainer.
