What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Too often I see people floating around the gym without focus and intention. Many gym goers lack intensity while training and do not set specific mini goals to achieve while working out. I also see a lot of improper form whilst performing exercises including poor breathing techniques. Many people don't include enough variety in their routine. Variety is what wakes the muscle up and allows the body grow. Ultimately one must enjoy working out and if this is missing results will not be forthcoming.
In general, please describe your experience:I have twenty years of experience teaching fitness, health and physical education to children and adults. I am well known for transforming my clients physiques and if they choose, preparing them for a sporting event or special occasion of their choice. I have trained with and been trained by world class athletes and natural bodybuilders over the course of my career as a fitness professional. I am a whole foods advocate and design nutritional programs for all of my clients.
What is your training style:I get the job done while making sure my clients are happy, safe and healthy. All my workouts with them are continually different, which makes it exciting for both parties. I aim for technique first, followed by feel, muscle pump, strength, explosiveness and function. I incorporate a lot of super and giant sets in my routines which touch on all of the above facets of fitness and more. I'm results driven while making some of the most intense sessions worth coming back for!
