What is your training style:I try to be positive, motivating, attentive and encouraging to all my clients regardless of who they are and the reasons for which they are training.I try to listen to everything my clients say, both verbally and with body language, to interpret how tough or understanding I need to be to help them be successful. As understanding as I am, I do not allow my clients to give up during their workouts. I ensure each client feels a sense of accomplishment at the end of each workout.
Why have you become a trainer:I work hard to achieve my fitness goals and I know how great it feels to meet them. I've spent years studying exercise science and nutrition so I know what I need to do to accomplish whatever goals I set, but not everyone does.I became a trainer to make sure people get accurate information and perform exercise safely and effectively. It is very rewarding to know that I am able to educate and guide someone towards a positive change in their life.
Why should a client train with you:I am very well educated in exercise science and nutrition and I am able to apply the theories I've learned to easy to follow exercise programs.Besides that, I make a personal commitment to my clients' success. Each of my clients receives personalized exercise programs and guidance based on their goals.A complete assessment is performed prior to training to establish baseline measurements and I continuously provide follow-up assessments and reports to help track their progress.
