Why have you become a trainer:I truly enjoy helping others to get in shape and stay fit and healthy. I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. My mission is to educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
What is your training style:I specialize in Online Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight Loss Programs. The reason I am involved with online training is that a lot of people just can't schedule traditional appointments to meet in person with a trainer either due to lack of time or affordability. Now I can help anyone, anywhere, get in shape, on their schedule.
