What is your training style:High intensity, NO BS, get the job DONE. This doesn't mean lifting heavy weights but rather how to maximize your results from working out. So many people go to workout and don't maximize their time. The result is no results at all. By using a combination of Machines ,free weights, cable , balance devices and more you WILL see the results you have been looking for. So high intensity, 1 - 1.5 hour workouts 3- 4 times a week.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:No doing enough or any weight training. You can observe behavior, but you can't always know why people behave the way they do. As I pointed out, I've seen plenty of people quit group activities, and I've seen lots of people continue to exercise alone. I can't say for certain why people quit or keep going, but I can say with certainty that the people who quit the working out make the mistake of not realizing that it is going to take some time.
They didn't get "Out" of shape overnight.
