Why have you become a trainer:Im a trainer because I want to help people take their lives back from disease and obesity. There is nothing more rewarding then to help my clients feel good when they look in the mirror. Coming from an italian family, I know how cultures can influence how you eat. My clients need to understand the correlation between food and exercise. I'm here to do just that.
What is your training style:Fitness should be personalized, since every body reacts differently to exercise. I try to pick exercises that will maximize results for the individual. Not all exercise needs to be intense to be beneficial. I like to mix weights, with cardio in an interval fashion. I do the traditional exercises that have been working for decades to get the most out of a workout.
In general, please describe your experience:Although I have been training for just one year, I have been working out myself for 4. I'm young and enthusiastic about fitness, and feel I can change someone's world through exercise. Before I even received my certificate, I was training my friends and family members. They would ask "Christi what do I do for a butt like yours?" (Even though mine is genetic, I would help them get as close as possible!) They were satisfied with the results, and would always tell me to become a PT. So I did.
