What is your training style:I train my clients trough phases to keep results ongoing: phase 1 might be functional training followed by a strength & growth phase, then a fat burning phase which incorporate high reps, short rest between sets, supersets and intervals. To start my client off on the right path we learn to develop muscles exercising using only compound movements to build the joints, muscles structure, ligaments & tendon, followed by functional to prevent plateaus/ over training.
