Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer because I want to help educate people and make them happy and healthy.
I really enjoy making a positive difference in their lives.
I initially started in health & fitness as a 15 year old overweight adolescent, and have always had a soft spot in my heart for overweight people who lack the knowledge and motivation to get started in an exercise program.
I see myself as a teacher and leader that my clients can lean on for support whether physical or emotional.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:People make many mistakes while exercising.
First, exercise form 99% of the time is biomechanically incorrect, and people tend to try to use too much weight on most exercises.
This combination puts your body in an uncompromising position, thus increasing the likelihood of serious injury. Next, is improper body posture and positioning throughout the exercise being performed.
In addition, not breathing correctly also hampers their exercise performance.
Finally not warming up and stretching.
Why should a client train with you:A client should train with me because I'm one of the best motivators and knowledgeable trainers that you will find.
I say this with the utmost humility.
I live and breathe health & fitness each and everyday of my life.
I'm very passionate about what I do, and I bring out this same passion in all of my clients.
I make people feel very comfortable and go the extra mile to help my clients improve.
I have phone and email contact with my clients everyday to ensure that they stay on track.
