What is your training style:My training style is very dependent on the client I am working with. Some clients need and/or want to things explained to them. While other clients just want to be told what to do. In either case the exercise program is determined by the underlying goal or goals of the client.
The training style I have adopted most closely resembles that of a teacher. I like to provide the tools and the instruction of how to use those tools. In the end the client is accountable for the results they achieve.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:To answer this question in a more broad response...The biggest mistake people make while involved in an exercise program is a combination of having too much focus on the aesthetic aspect, yet not having a clear plan of how they are going to reach that goal or what they really need to do in order to reach that goal.
To answer the specific question more generally...I would say that people don't focus enough on form.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:I think the latest trends in the fitness industry are exactly that...trends. The bottom line is that people need to move their bodies more, be more conscious of what they are putting into their bodies, and realize that their lifestyle determines the current state of fitness.
There will always be a new ab machine, form of exercise, diet, supplement, and/or cardio machine hitting the market and people will buy into them. All of it is necessary to keep a captive audience.
