What is your training style:My workouts are all very different. When training with me, you will never be able to predict what I am going to give you. I stay away from the "cute" exercises that most trainers just make up off the top of their head and stick to the ones that I know work. My youngest client is 14, my oldest, 76. I train all fitness levels -literally. I am Washington DC's most in demand personal trainer and you can see why on my website.
Why should a client train with you:I like to keep things fun. My sense of humor and sarcasm tends to keep people smiling through the entire session. In addition to being personable, I also educate each client on the specific muscle groups worked in every exercise. That way you can take home a great body along with the knowledge to keep it going on your own. Not only will you learn how to use the equipment, you will learn how to use it better than everyone else.
In general, please describe your experience:Many trainers claim to have as much as 25 yrs. of experience. That figure doesn't necessarily represent how long that trainer has been working with others. Before going independent, I was Bally's 2 time East Coast Most Valuable Trainer having successfully trained 12,000+ sessions since 08/02. I have worked with just about every injury and in many cases, cured it.
