What is your training style:My training style involves training the body to work in an efficient fashion to allow for a successful experience in achieving your goals. Function is a foundational layer that must be obtained in order to improve/sustain quality of life. After a though assessment to find strengths and weaknesses we take a straight line to the objectives desired. Keeping you accountable is a stepping stone that I believe makes results happen.
Why have you become a trainer:I have always loved physical activity and especially how the body moves. I started of wanted to train to help inspire people to be healthy and happy. The longer I trained the more I recognized that people can greatly improve on strength and quality of life if they moved right. Often resulting in a pain free life, I have chosen to not just be a trainer, but a practitioner of fitness and movement.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:People drain instead of train. We live in a different world today, where we are most often always on the go and seem to forget about the important things, like ourselves. Stress is way to common these days, and what people seem to forget is that the body doesn't respond when it is overloaded from too many factors. A big key here is REST! Food, water, thoughts, exercise, breathe, and sleep all need to be emphasized to get a true result.
