Why have you become a trainer:I love having the daily experience of helping people find happiness. It's like having a key to the jail cells that have kept my clients captive. Reaching fitness goals that you previously thought were unattainable is an exciting and rewarding experience that you won't forget once you've experienced that feeling. And I get to help and see the benefits every day!
What is your training style:I believe that a healthy lifestyle can be learned and implemented-regardless of where an individual may be right now. I believe that with proper training, and an encouraging, challenging teacher, all individuals can improve health and improve quality of life. I believe in providing personalized and individualized goal-oriented training, accountability, and education
In general, please describe your experience:Before I became a trainer, I was overweight and out of shape. Even getting the mail caused me to be winded, and I didn't feel good about myself or my body. With a lot of hard work, and help from a personal trainer, I lost 36 lbs. and am now healthy and strong. I am doing things I never thought I could. Before, I would be out of breath at the littlest exertion; now, I run marathons with my clients. I've been a SWAT Personal Training Head Trainer for 5 years, and love teaching others.
