Why have you become a trainer:I have been training for over fifteen years and have met many friends at various gyms. We working out with other people we end helping each other reach of new fitness goals on a regular basis. Due to the fact I am a regular body builder many other people started ask me questions about fitness programs/routines and I end up helping many people with their fitness goals. I decide to make Personal Training my full time business and I turly get a chance to work in a field which is my passion.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:I meet my individuals who are not happy with the result of their fitness program. The common factor I have found with these people is a lack of a solid my fitness plan. My people go into the gym with very little idea what exerisce they want to do or more importantly which exerisces are effective for their level fitness. Personal Trainer can make a great deal of difference for those individuals. Helping your Clients stay focus and motivate along with a solid fitness program is all they need.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:All of my Client go through a fitness assessment after that process we establish time objective goals. When someone is overweight they need to understand this is not a quick fix situation however it is certainly possible with proper focus. My program focus on losing fat while increasing your lean muscle which will lead to increase one's metabolism rate. I put a great deal of focus on corrective flexibiliy, core stabilization training for these Clients.
