What is your training style:My training style is utilizing functional training methods. The human body works as a unit, not separate muscle groups. I incorporate exercises that make every day life much easier, allowing for less pain. I, also, use corrective exercise techniques to again alleviate pain. Circuit training is incorporated to keep the heart rate elevated. This way caloric expenditure is at its highest. It's not uncommon for a client to burn almost 1000 calories in one of my workouts.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:My philosophy on training is very close to the latest trends in the fitness industry. Functional training is becoming very popular because of the many benefits that are included with it. It's amazing the results clients see with functional training. I think that every trainer out there should attend as many conferences as they can to learn the latest techniques. With exercise science being as new of a field it is, a lot of research will come in the future.
Why should a client train with you:I believe clients should train with me because I have the experience and education they need to reach their full potential. I will not stop until a client has reached their goals and I expect the same out of my clients. I'm not a "drill sergeant" but I do an excellent job keeping clients motivated and striving for more. I teach my clients to have as much knowledge in fitness as most personal trainers have. Eventually, you will be on your own so I give you all the tools to do so.
