What is your training style:-My training style is one of Weight Training and Manual Resistance. I have the client warm up on a treadmill for at least 6-10 minutes. The client would then began their workout lifting with weights the larger muscle groups. (Example being if the day to work out is Upper Body the client would start with either a flat bench press or incline bench press working the Pectorals.) After completing the sets I would then incorporate Manual Resistance using my Body Weight against their Resistance.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:-The biggest mistakes people make while working out is not using proper form and technique and not asking for help. People begin working out to get back in shape, we all know that, how ever it has been a while for some. The person gets into the gym and starts throwing weight around being careless and possible creating an injury. Thus, the person is afraid to ask for help. A Personal Trainer is the perfect person to ask for help and guidance. They are Trained and Certified and know what to do
Why should a client train with you:-A client should train with me because I will take the time to get the results they want or are seeking. I have a deep passion for helping people and I want people to be successful in getting back into shape so they cam have higher self esteem and feel good about themselves and continue to work out. I will never be sarcastic or negative. I will be positive and re-enforce this positive attitude to keep the client focused so they can achieve the results they desire.
