Why have you become a trainer:At 25 I started training in regular gyms.Basically I was watching and doing everything the bigger guys did. All the years of doing martial arts and boxing I knew my body well enough to know that there was something wrong. So I started reading and researching and soon I found out that everything I was learning from watching the guys was wrong.Through my studies I perfected these things.Soon I started teaching people at the gym, until people said I should train.I love helping and teaching people.
Why should a client train with you:I listen very well to their needs and wants because my focus is on getting what is best for then. We establish goals and set a realistic timetable for reaching those goals. I make it top priority to keep them happy with me and the progress they are making. I love helping my client's create the body they dreamed of.That is what I do as a trainer, train them to make reality something that was once only a dream.
Describe a particularly challenging client you have trained:A 5feet 9inch male with 240 pounds of basically fat.Never worked out in his life and could not go pass his knees when trying to touch his toes.He eliminated all sugar, salt, and all empty calorie carbs. Drinking a lot of water daily we started with basic push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. 30 minutes cardio twice a day and a high protein diet.Shortly we moved to circuit training and super setting with weights.I changed his routine every 2 weeks. Presto! 5 months later you couldn't say he wasn't an athlete.
