What is your training style:I help my clients develop "On-Demand-Fitness". I train most clients through a total body workout that focuses on strength, power, endurance, flexibility, balance and agility in a single training session. I rarely use machines, instead I focus on using the body through 3 planes of motion with all forms of resistance; dumbbells, medicine balls, body blades, bands and so on... My sessions burn more fat, and create strong explosive muscles.
Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer 32 years ago to serve the Lord. I have been blessed with incredible health. I have not been sick for most of my life. I felt that was a blessing from God. The only way I knew I could say thank you to the Lord is to teach as many people as possible how to create and maintain optimal health, fitness, and peak performance. I have specialized in post-rehab and weight loss for the last 5 years. Seeing my clients work hard and reach their goals has been fantastic to witness.
Why should a client train with you:Clients that want to train and work hard will find my training sessions very effective, producing fantastic results. I educate my clients in how their body works and how to create maximum results. I never do the same workout twice. I create variety and challenge in every session. Most importantly, I make sure know one leaves a session without feeling successful, not beat up! If someone is looking for a trainer with experience and training diversity I'd love to help them accomplish their goals.
