Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer because I love to help people make changes and improve their health, self esteem, appearance, have more energy, improve regular daily activities, and learn to enjoy living healthy lives. I also, love to make getting fit enjoyable and fun.
Another reason I became a trainer besides fitness & health is the schedule flexibility. As a single mother of a 6 year old boy having a chance to set my hours enables me to enjoy my son.
Describe your own workout program:My workout program for the next 3weeks consists of Cardio at 6am. 2 days of sprinting at the track for 20mins. 2 days of running for 20-30mins. And 1 day of 20-30mins on the stair master.
My Resistance training is done in the early afternoons. Currently Im focusing on hypertrophy training. Monday is Back, Tuesday is Legs, Wednesday is Shoulders & Calves, Thursdays is Legs, and Fridays is Chest, Tri's, and Bi's. Saturday is Flexibility day. Also, I get massages at least 2x a month.
Why should a client train with you:I will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. Then, I will compress hours of exercise into 60 min sessions. My personal training is the key to safety and RESULTS! I walk my clients through Cardio, Flexibility, Abdominal, Upper and Lower Resistance Workouts. And because my program is based on the 5 Components of Fitness, you also get nutrition advise and personalized meal program. It’s a program that doesn’t just make you look better- You'll feel better!
