Why have you become a trainer:Being an athlete and fitness buff all my life, it was natural for me to want to help people live the healthy lifestyle and experience the joys and sense of well being that comes with being healthy and in shape. I am a great motivational coach who will work with a client on a one to one basis so they will acheive there goals
What is your training style:As a trainer and coach, i use a lot of motivational psychology, being that it is hard for a individual to stick to a exercise program, but with the help and support of a personal trainer they can acheive the results they are working towards. I design programs based on the individual, their training experience and what they want to achieve.
