What is your training style:I believe that training for men and women should be totally different. Men need heavier weights lifted with more breaks in between sets,if they are looking for muscle growth. Women need lighter weights lifted with no breaks between sets, with sets consisting of many different types of varied exercises increasing cardiac output and burning fat. People are all different and need to be trained as individuals
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The greatest mistake is lack of direction. The second is lack of motivation. Being an effective trainer means caring about your people, not just collecting
money. I know my clients as individuals with feelings and
emotions. Knowing who people are helps greatly in motivation,
especially in weight loss. Bells and whistles don't get you to where you are going hard work does. Remember just because you are running as hard as you can does not mean you are running in the right direction.
