What is your training style:My training style is 100%. I know that our time together is only 2 or 3 hours a week so I have to train with you like those are the only hours you are working out during the whole week. Non-stop action which is all based on science.
If you do your cardio outside of our training sessions, I have core work in giant set circuits to work the entire muscle mass to increase metabolism, burn fat and maintain muscle mass.
If you don't do your cardio we will do cardio in between weight exercise
Why have you become a trainer:Weight training changed my life back in college. I was very shy and not self confident. I started weight training and it empowered me. I felt that if I could lift 300 pounds over my head, I can do anything.
I was struggling through college, bored with a sub 2.00 GPA. I was about to drop out when I discovered exercise science. My Exercise science GPA was 3.80 and I graduated and followed with an exercise science masters degree.
I love to communicate with people in a 1 on 1 situation.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:They do not work hard enough. This can be due to lack of instruction or lack of motivation. Neither will be lacking while training with me.
Another problem is trying to do too much in one training session. Some people do not understand that their progress is not made while working out, but while dieting and stretching and resting.
All my clients have to do is listen to what I tell them, and follow my advice, and stay self disciplined and they will achieve tremendous results.
