What is your training style:I try to implement a comprehensive training program targeted for each individual clients needs and goals. We start with a functional screening and performance assessment for each client. We will use this data in conjuction with the clients induvual goals to formulate a workout stretegy which coinsides with an agreed upon training philosphy. We will constantly re-evaluate and crituque the workouts and adjust them according tho the clients physiologicaly adaptations to the training.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:I feel the biggest mistake that most people make while working out is the use of their time during the workout. Their exercise economy and their metabolic cost is very low for the amount of time they are in the gym. Getting my clients to perform more work in less time increases total body strength, addresses weak points more efficiently, increase work capacity and general conditioning and most importantly, brings results for the client much faster.
