What is your training style:Circuit & Funtional Training! To get the most benefits inside and outside the gym, clients must learn how to use the body without traditional machines. As far as the circuit training program goes, the more calories expended during a weight training program the greater the results for weight loss. Barring any medical conditions, a client must know how to use the body in all traditional planes of movement. Something machines cannot provide. Multiplanar movements are the answer to a functional body
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make while working out is not properly utilizing the core. the abdominal region is by far the most misunderstood muscle in the human body. It plays more of a role in all body movement than any other muscle. The abdomen is not just a pretty sight. It has been proven that the abdominal region is activated before any other muscle group during movement. Through proper abdominal wall activation, most injuries can be prevented.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:Most of the latest trends are just that, TRENDS!! Throughout history we have been looking for the perfect body and yet we have not reached our potential through natural ways. The Greeks were not far off from their sculptures. Were there machines or trends then? I think not. You can achieve anything once your mind and attitude are in sync!!! As a trainer, I will provide the key to open up the door of your true potential!
