What is your training style:I preach when it come to training and making physical changes to the body: intensity and consistency. My training is intense. I do a lot of functional style training where you are moving the body in many different planes. We use anywhere from dumbbells, medicine balls, foam rollers, heavy bags....just bout anything I feel will make for an interesting exercise! I just recently started bootcamps outside which really bumps up the intensity level.
Why have you become a trainer:I love what I do. I love helping other people live healthier, easier, and happier lives. I also enjoy what our bodies can do, and how we can change it. Nothing makes me more happy then to hear the great compliments that my clients are getting from everyone else! We don't realize that having a strong healthy body is the most important thing we could do for ourselves. Training with me cuts back on half the doctor visits and half the medicines we take in.
In general, please describe your experience:I have learned a lot since I started training. And I realize that I can't just change someone, but that I need a commitment from them too. And I can give someone the results that they want if they are willing to listen and commit. I have also learned that its not just training that changes the body but what we feed and put in our bodies that makes the most difference.
