What is your training style:My training style is one that adapts to the body, mind and goals of the client. A good personal trainer has to be much more than someone who simply shows you how to perform exercises correctly and gives you dietary advice. I have a passion to inspire and motivate my clients to push past the obstacles that can rob them of their goals and aspirations. Do you always feel like exercising? Do you always feel like eating healthy? Most do not and I can push anyone past those obstacles permanently.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:I have over twenty years of experience in the area of health and fitness. I started competitive boxing and weight training at the age of five and I integrate all of my practical experience into each and every training session to add excitement and variety to my client's workouts. As a natural bodybuilder and Kung Fu martial artist, I bring a wide variety of skills to the table including mind-motivational and coaching expertise.
