Why have you become a trainer:I have been training myself in bodybuilding, boxing, and martial arts since I was a teenager. I have always had a passion for fitness and athletics and decided to use my interests and knowledge to assist others. I get great satisfaction in helping each client reach their fitness goals and in helping them take their body to the next level.
What is your training style:I beleive in high intensity weight training methods that push your body to the limit, fatiguing the muscle to stimulate growth and shape. I also create high intensity boxing drills & instruct cardiovascular aerobic exercises that effectively burn calories and increase endurance. I can help you lose weight, build muscle, stay toned, and assist you with a healthy diet plan
In general, please describe your experience:I am a 28 year old Independent Personal Trainer that trains out of my private space in Astoria, Queens. I have been a Personal Trainer for about 6 years now and have worked with all body types, ages, and sizes. I have experience in instructing boxing, aerobic/cardiovascular exercises and high intensity weight training. I have done years of research to find the most effective training methods. My workout routines are creative, extensive, and proven to work.
