Why have you become a trainer:Since 8 yr's of age i was the fat kid among my peers. When 13 came around i realized there was a problem and began to get involved with school sports. Over the corse of 5 years, with the help of my trainners, coaches, and books i read: I was named "Most Athletic Student" in my high-school year book. Theres no better reason than seeing someone feel like i did.
What is your training style:I encourage all my subjects to engage in a variety of cardio excersises according to their goals and weight-lifting program. My weight-lifting programs emphesize repetitious medium-weight excersise, so as to not over-stress vulnerable joints and to build a solid muscular physical base that won't disappear with time as power-lifting programs that encourage "maxing out"
In general, please describe your experience:There are so many different fitness programs out there that one will see that each has its own followers. No one has specifically worked for most people i know. My experience has shown me that the least important aspect of fitness is the amount of weight you lift. Building a solid core, above all is the key to a lasting physique and physical health. All my client's physical programs evolve continuously with each accomplishment and with each accomplishment come a new set of goals.
