Why have you become a trainer:I am a personal trainer because I love fitness and the way it makes me look and feel. I want to help others feel and look fantastic and show them that they are NOT stuck with their current physique. I see people EVERYDAY and hear remarks like "Man, no matter what I try, I just can not lose this weight!" People are led to believe that after they are 19 years old, their health just goes downhill until they die. Nothing could be further from the truth and I'll show you why!
Why should a client train with you:I am friendly, real, down to earth and I know my stuff! You will not only gain the body you've always wanted but also a friend. I will push you to achieve goals you never thought were possible, and you will enjoy the process! I don't claim to know everything there is about fitness - I am open to learning from you as well! I have an open mind and a wide varity of experiences to draw from that I will use as we pursue your goals.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:First of all, we would talk over your goals, past/current exercise history and your diet. I would critique your current diet and set up plan that WILL work for you to lost bodyfat (not muscle!) using correct nutrient timing, vital post workout nutrition, and healthy foods that will trigger healthy weight loss. You will not believe how quickly your body changes and how good you feel, in only a couple of weeks!
