We will evaluate your posture and injuries by identifying the muscles that are too tight and need stretching, and those that are too loose and need strengthening. I will also measure your spinal curves and then design a program that will help you stand taller, with less pain and help you achieve your health and exercise goals.

How would you help an overweight client lose weight:At Total Fitness we start by analysing your overall health & then we identify the keys blocks that are preventing you from moving forward. We also come up with the solutions. Then you receive an initial nutrition program, evaluate your posture and teach you an exercise program/s. We use weight training and postural improving / core exercises. Food sensitivites are identified & we work on emotional issues around food. You then receive a maintenance diet plan. Regular clients get superb results.
