Why have you become a trainer:To bring the benefits of a strong, healthy mind and body to as many people as I can. I try to use every day to learn something new to become a better personal trainer and strength coach for my clients. I have seen the life-changing benefits that the investment of a little hard work in the gym can bring to people from all walks of life.
What is your training style:My training style is geared towards sports conditioning. I try to train for measurable, performance enchancing results that will show up on the clients chosen field of play, whatever field or sport that may be. I've trained elite athletes in baseball, softball, football, basketball, golf, tennis and swimming. I've also worked with so-called weekend warriors (like myslef).
In general, please describe your experience:My experience in training has been mainly with athletes in sports settings. I've worked with baseball and softball teams and individuals to design training programs that will produce results. I've worked with elite swimmers and football players looking to prepare for NFL combines. I've also worked with players in basketball, golf and tennis to improve their game and avoid injuries. I've worked with athletes from the youth level, through high-school and on to the professional level.
