What is your training style:I offer a Three-Tier Approach To Fitness(tm) It starts with a comprehensive fitness assessment to provide a baseline of your current fitness and nutrition level. From there we develop a realistic Balanced Training and Nutrition Program that will facilitate you reaching your goals. Finally, we track and assess your progress through various techniques that will make you feel good that you've accomplished your goals! The one word that really defines my training style is motivating!
Why should a client train with you:I have a great compassion for the overweight population as I struggled with it most of my life. I am compassionate towards helping those who wish to change their body and improve their life! I am understanding, patient, friendly, outgoing, motivating and encouraging and non-intimidating. I have had great success with well over 200 men, women children and the elderly in coaching them to exceed their fitness goals.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:1) It is important to have short term goals that are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and trackable).
2) Assess their current fitness and nutrition program
3) Keep them accountable via food journaling and other methods of accountability
4) Monthly photos and measurements to track progress
5) Journaling of emotional and physical improvements
6) Cardio 5+ times per week and Weight Training 3-4 times per week
