Why have you become a trainer:I am a trainer because I, like many other people, was once where you were. Stuck behind a desk, eating out of vending machines and basically not enjoying how I look, thus not enjoying all life has to offer. I am a big believer in "you are what you eat" but my lifestyle is based upon "Live to eat, don't eat to live."
What is your training style:I am a big believer in circuit training. Maximum benefit from constant movement with a brief low intensity cardio workout to follow. This makes the workouts shorter but more intense with a nice brisk, cooldown cardiovascular session at the end. If this is not what you are looking for I can modify it as well as I can implement my favorite type of workouts. Try me out.
In general, please describe your experience:I started out working part-time on a fitness floor doing general information fitness walk-throughs while working with a Big East collegiate football team doing strength and conditioning. I then moved into a short internship with a Major League Baseball team to get some more experience in the field. Now that I have completed my work with those teams I have jumped into personal training. I hope I get a chance to work with you!
