Listening to what's important to you is only the beginning. Personal training is life changing and the most important aspect isn't the ten push-ups you just completed its the connection created that motivates you to do ten push-ups everyday for the rest of your life. Imagine that feeling.

It is my greatest talent and a natural fit in this industry. What separates me is the commitment I make to you through instilled motivation and goal setting accountability. I will get you to realize the body you would like to have for the rest of your life. Guaranteed.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:My management experience in several organizations has tenured me to satisfactorily introduce those concepts having a positive effect on everyone that I meet. I value being extremely thorough and highly organized. My benchmark skills are tremendous which has allowed me to produce substantial results in my career. More importantly, my interpersonal, communication and leadership skills are excellent and will be an added strength.
