What is your training style:I really like to get to know my clients and work along side of them. Learning their personality helps me when designing their program and helping them stick to it. The trainer needs to know when to push a client and when not to. I design a program specifically for their needs and interests. If they do not like something we are doing I try to change it up a little bit to keep them interested and wanting to stick to it!
Why have you become a trainer:Everything now a days has become more convenient for everyone, if you have a computer you can do just about anything from home from grocery shop to clothes shop you can sit at a computer and do it all. I grew up always being active and continued it through college playing softball at a divison I level. I want to share my healthy lifestyle with others so we can change their unhealthy lifestyle together!
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:I think a lot of people think they know what they are doing when they go to the gym but half the time end up doing the exercises incorrectly, which could lead to injury. They also think quanity over quality of the workout or even just exercise.
People are just not educated enough, so they perform exercises incorrectly, that is why they have trainers to educate and instruct they client the correct way.
