Why have you become a trainer:My main goal as a personal trainer is to improve the overall health and fitness of any client I am working with. I truly enjoy working with people in this field to develop a better way of life for them. This career has been very rewarding for me when I can see the improvements in my client's overall health and it is much more enjoyable than the typical 9-5 job.
What is your training style:I use a very scientific approach in achieving the goals of my clients. I access the current situation of their physique and determine the best method in terms of exercise and nutrition in achieving their goals. With the correct approach, it is very possible to get your goals without and fad diets or marathon training sessions.
In general, please describe your experience:I have only recently began training clients for the past 2 years. However, I have over 15 years of my own experience with exercise and fitness. I am a very experienced runner as I participated in cross country and track in high school and continue to run to this day. I understand the gains that can be made with the correct running programs and proper nutrition. Most of my personal experience and gains have come from weightlifting which I have actively continued for over 15 years.
