Trainer Experience Questions:

Why should a client train with you:

I'm very knowledgeable at my craft. I love to pass on the enthusiasm of creating something out of yourself. Clients should select me if they feel they need something else to push themselves through an intense and grueling workout. Depending on the needs of the individual I can serve up informational and solid workouts ranging from a simple, basic introduction type workout to an intense, sweat-dripping-crawling out of the gym program. I have a vast knowledge of what works, and what doesn't.

What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:

The biggest mistake people make in the gym, is being inefficient. I see lots of people in my own gym who are completely inefficient at what they do. I'll guide you through an intense yet fun workout but I will not waste your time. You purchased my services for additional help, advice, and motivation; not to stand next to the drinking fountain and chit chat. I like to get clients into the gym, push them through an intense workout, and get them out so they can enjoy the rest of their day.

In general, please describe your experience:

We'll start with a light stretch/cardio to get some blood pumping through our bodies and to loosen the joints a bit. While your warming up I'm going to preload the equipment that we're going to be working on during the workout. After the brief warmup we'll move to our workout. Majority of all of our exercises will be compound movements, specifically training in a "DoggCrapp" method (intense customized workout) including heavy weighted stretches and heavy compound movements (depending on goals).

What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:

During my athletic career I was an All-State Wrestler at 145lbs. I then walked onto the Michigan State University wrestling team where I trained with the nation's best until I retired to pursue bodybuilding. I know the drive competitive athletes have, and I can add to it like fuel to a fire. Specifically I have a great passion working with wrestlers, as it brings me back to my glory days. I know wrestling workouts, nutrition tips, advanced solid collegian wrestling strategies.
