What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:

Many clients begin the workout regimen on their own not having read a book or asked anyone for advice. The right way is to hire a personal trainer for a few sessions to explain the importance of cardio, nutrition and proper exercise form. Clients start over-exercising or hurting themselves too soon and eventually drop out of a program. On top of this, many clients believe that by doing crunches, they will achieve weight loss. A very common mistake.

All clients training with me get great results. My ability to make workouts fun and exciting give the client something to look forward to. My charisma, personality and amazing physique are a motivating tool for all of my clients. I will teach you how to combine exercise and nutrition to achieve a fit body that is year round. Upon completing a training program with me, you will learn how to take care of your body enough and never diet again.

How would you help an overweight client lose weight:

A person needs to make a quick analysis of what they eat and what kind of exercise they get. The main goal is to achieve a calorie deficit through increasing exercise and decreasing the consumption of foods. In simple words, a person must burn more calories than one consumes. An overweight client should substitute common carbs with complex carbs such as brown rice or vegetables. For protein, reach out for egg whites, white chicken breast, tofu and fish.
