What is your training style:My training style is creative and very individual. I observe my clients within the first sessions very closely and always find a mix of exercises that suits to the overall condition of the clients and its actual situation. That does not mean I don't have a plan. But I strongly believe in the importance of changing and evolutionary stimuli for mind and body. Overall and lifetime lasting fitness depends on the balance of workout, recovery and nutrition.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:One of the biggest mistakes people do is to repeat things too often and too long. If you expect a change in any part of your life you have to change something. The changes in your life must happen in small steps and should be integrated in a coordinated and manageable matter. To avoid mistakes you always have to watch you routines: some of them are essential others are not. Time to wake up, nutrition, working out is fine, Doing always the same is not.
