Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer because my life revolved around physical activities, health and fitness. I wanted to share the benefits I experienced in my own life with others who wished to do the same. I found that being a fitness professional was the best occupation in the world because of the self gratification I get from changing people's lives for the better.
What is your training style:Unlike many trainers, I do not train my clients the way I train. I train each client as an individual and focus on what they desire and not what I think they want. I utilize multi-joint and multi-plane exercises. This is often referred to as "functional training." If an exercise does not serve a purpose, I do not use it. I dislike machines that restrict movement.
In general, please describe your experience:I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from youth to the elderly. I have trained everyone from beginners to collegiate athletes. I have experience with weight loss programs to body building programs. I can say without a doubt that I am one of the most versatile trainers. I do not stick with just one niche. I am not afraid to take on any challenge a client my pose. I have train my entire life and even compete in power lifting earlier in my career.
