What is your training style:I coach consistency, discipline, dedication. I teach my clients to change their lifestyles- the way they eat, the way they plan their day, etc. I will not train a client who isn't serious about reaching their fitness goals. All of my clients see me at least 2x a week, w/ a set schedule. I am a stickler for form. My work outs are creative and fun. I believe that if my client isn't having fun, they will not continue training, that they have lesser odds of reaching their goals.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:People tend to use the wrong tempo and have bad form. This usually occurs because the person is either lifting weight that is too heavy for them or they are just uninformed and following what everyone else in the gym is doing! There is a different technique for each different goal. That is one of the benefits of having a trainer, so that they can design your program according to your goal, so that they can teach you the appropriate technique.
Why should a client train with you:I am knowledgeable and out going. I design creative, personalized workouts so that my clients never get bored! I am mobile- I train my clients in parks and at high schools, I can also come to your home or office ( as long as you are located between San Mateo and Palo Alto. I am open to suggestion on location if you have a preference. I also have a very flexible schedule, Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm.
