What is your training style:Recognizing that each person is unique. My training approach is as varied as each individual client need and personality. After an initial assessment of your current fitness level, and a discussion about your goals, I will prepare a fitness training program customized to meet your needs. I then provide the hands on coaching and motivation necessary to make lasting, visible changes in your body. My success is a direct reflection of your success.
Why have you become a trainer:I feel I have always been destined to be a trainer considering I have been involved in organized team and individual sports, as well as self-motivated personal workouts for most of my life. Having held successful positions in the finance and real estate industries, I realized my innate desire to help and motivate others. Combining that with my knowledge and love for fitness landed me in a rewarding career that was made for me.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:I see two major mistakes that people make while working out. The first and number one mistake people make is rushing through their workout, ignoring their form. This can lead to injury and/or poor biomechanics. The second most important mistake that people make is continuing on the same routine for a long period of time. It is important to vary your workout so the routine doesn't become stale. This leads to boredom and muscle adaptation.
