What is your training style:I do my best to train in a style that will best motivate my clients. Some clients are looking for a friendly "drill sergeant", while others are looking to be supported and encouraged in a more gentle, laid back way. I really get to know my clients and what will motivate them the most, because everyone is so different. I really enjoy working with clients- I'll be your personal cheerleader, coaching you on and getting just as excited as you are about reaching your goals!
Why should a client train with you:Results. Plain and simple. I'm really good at getting them!
I'm also very attentive to my clients' needs, and my goal is to make fitness exciting for them so that they continue to stay motivated. I also like to carefully track progress and provide constant, sincere encouragement- I believe in building people up, because when you begin to feel stronger, look better, and become healthier, your whole life will change!
