Why have you become a trainer:I have become a personal trainer because I believe maintaining one's health and establishing a strong level of physical fitness is extremely important, and doing so can be a life-changing experience. I am very passionate about learning as much as I possibly can and using this knowledge to assist others in achieving their goals. Your health is something that you have forever and maintaining that health will determine how you will be able to live the rest of your life.
Describe your own workout program:I have found that my clients prefer to get the most efficient work-out in the shortest possible amount of time. A workout with me would being with a light, 10 minute cardio warm-up, followed by joint-strengthening exercises with resistance bands. Next, we will spend about 20-45 minutes super-setting exercises involving different muscle groups so while one muscle is resting, we can train another. This would be followed by 5-10 minutes of abdominal muscle strengthening.
Why should a client train with you:A client should train with me because I am extremely knowledgeable and versatile in my training. If you want to train for a certain sport or event, or train to strengthen and tone certain muscles, I can write a program for you. I am very easy to talk to and pride myself in pleasing all of my clients. I am not afraid to say "I don't know" and I am very open to feedback from my clients if there is an element of the program that they would prefer to be altered or removed.
