What is your training style:Machines, free weights, manual resistance, bands, tubing, dyna discs, Reebok Core Board, BOSU, stabilitly balls, medicine balls, Reeebok RNT Training, Pilates,Cardio Kick Boxing and flexibility are all part of my training tools. All clients go through an extensive fitness assessment. After careful evaluation, the program will include strengthening exercises, mobility, stability, cardiovascualr and flexibility. Every client has a goal, to feel better, look better and to live a pain free life.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Perhaps the best one I've seen out there, is a member trying an exercise he/she may have seen a trainer use on their clients. Problem is, without knowledge as to why the exercise is being performed, that member could actually cause more harm than good. Another mistake I've seen is when the weight is to heavy for the individual. They end up losing their form and use the whole body to move the weight from point a to b, i.e. tricep press down, elbow extension only, stabilize everything else.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:Clients feel comfortable with me. I have a very sunny disposition. The hour long session will go by quick. I choose exercises that create a diversion. I'll never leave you standing, twiddling your thumbs. I'll always have an alternate plan if a piece of equipment is not available. And finally, creativity, well, it's my specialty. I like to say, I think outside the box. I won't get hung up on someting, there's always a way for me to fix it. And that's what sets me above the rest:)
