Why have you become a trainer:I was first motivated to just get in shape and improve my own personal fitness and health. I realized that through my own improvments in fitness and health, I was motivated to share and help support others in the same pursuits of fitness and health. Through the help and support of others, I also keep myself highly motivated for my own fitness and health.
What is your training style:High energy and very motivational providing positive support along the way. I like to be creative in my exercise programs to help incorporate activities and/or sports that promote the goals for fitness while having fun along the way. If I can help someone get fit, but also improve say there tennis game, then we accomplished two things together. Thats Great!!
In general, please describe your experience:NESTA Certified- National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association, along with spending the last 6 years working with other personal trainers and being a fitness enthusiast.
I also am a trained Executive Chef with a broad knowledge of eating healthy with focus on balanced nutrition.
I have always been active in sports, since I was young with sports activities that include soccer, football, tennis, rollerblading and golf.
