What is your training style:Education through training! Fitness is both physical and mental. I teach clients safe exercise techniques that relate to specific goals while challenging the body and mind. It's important to know what muscles you are working and why you do certain exercises. I try to create a fun, motivating environment that clients look forward to coming back to each session! I use all types of equipment. Body weight, balls, bands, machines, etc. I teach people how to obtain their desired results.
Why have you become a trainer:I have a passion for helping others to achieve healthier lifestyles and to feel better about themselves. I truly enjoy seeing people succeed and I feel privileged to be a part of helping them through that process. I have a huge heart for people and I love to encourage people to do things they never thought possible. I seek opportunities to learn more about fitness, nutrition, sport performance, post-rehab, and really anything related to overall wellness!
