What is your training style:Thorough, thoughtful, all-encompassing, individualized, progressive. I work to train a client on all levels - emotionally and mentally AS WELL AS physically. After an interview to learn the client's health history and current lifestyle, a physical assessment is performed to determine muscle strengths, weaknesses and imbalances. Training sessions emphasize progression as we work to build a healthy, fit body from its foundation. Core strength and body awareness are constantly emphasized.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:Intuition, intelligence, athleticism, integrity, compassion. I have a strong biomedical science background and I am currently working toward a Master's degree in Applied Sports Psychology. My educational background has provided me with research skills that enable me to consistently provide you with empowering knowledge. My intuition and compassion allow me to connect with you as we work toward developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
